Hey, just got really annoyed because i cant recreate my 3.5 pc in 4e (A Shadow dancer) so i made my own here!

Shadow Dancer
"Let the shadows in and they will embrace you"
Prerequisite Trained in stealth evil alignment

Legends speak of a drow mage who found the best rouge`s in all of menzoberranzan
and enchanted them one by one so that they could teleport between shadows to take over menzoberranzan.
You have tapped into this power and use it for your own will

Being a Shadowdancer means that you favor darkness and the element of surprise.
With these you assassinate your target without it knowing you are there

Shadow Dancer Class Features
11th : Shadow Dance if you are in any kind of shadow you may teleport 15 ft to any other as a move action
11th : Surprise Strike if you have combat advantage you gain 1D6 to damage if you have reached at
least 1 milestone today it is 2d6
16th : Assassinate If you have reduced 5 or more non-minion creatures to 0hp today your critical range is 18-20

Shadow Dancer powers
Shadow Strike           ShadowDancer Attack 11
By flitting through space and time you reach your foe and cut him to pieces
Encounter Shadow Martial Weapon
Standard         Melee Weapon
Target One Creature
Attack Dex VS AC
Hit [2]W + Dex Modifier Damage and before the attack you shift twice your speed

Shadow Shape    Shadow Dancer utility 12
"You tap into the darkness inside of you and bring it out"
Daily Shadow Minor Action Personal
Effect Until the end of the encounter you gain insubstantial and -4 to speed

To The GRAVE   Shadow Dancer Attack 20

to Lolth`s Demon Webs

Daily Shadow Summoning Lolth

I would play it.  Truthfully though, that is because it is grossly op.  Teleport 50ft at will, I am guessing as a move action?  At level 11 no less.  A instant kill effect at 20?  Daily or not, there is no power, I can recall off the top of my head, that flat out kills on a hit.  How many enemies that PCs face do radiant damage?  I couldn't see very many DMs allowing this class.

Yea, it seems grossly overpowered.
Not even the biggest baddies in the Monster Manual have an insta-kill-on-hit power.
Good idea, but not the best execution.

The 3.5 Shadow Dancer was a fun class; I expect we'll see its return in a future 4e book.

Just to clarify a rule, I would make the teleportation ability something like 'If you are in dim light, darkness, or have any kind of concealment, you can teleport 15 feet to another place of the same description.'
Surprise Strike sounds a lot like Sneak Attack. Why not make it necrotic damage to make it stand out a little?
In Shadow Strike, after the Attack line, put 'Effect: You shift twice your speed.', then remove everything after 'damage' in the Hit line.
I'd add the Stance keyword to Shadow Shape, and make it slowed instead of -4 to speed.
I'd change To the GRAVE to be more like Hurl through Hell (warlock 30), based on the flavor text.
