. . another post gone. This is pretty sad, it seems that I can't step away from a post on the campaign forums for longer then 5 minutes without a token issue appearing . . . because I've recently just discovered this. Didn't think I needed to copy and paste because I wasn't away for that long, sure enough all my data is gone. It's like it's sending this message, "I want YOU to sit down at your computer and write your post from start to finish without deterring from it for longer then five minutes or else your work will be lost." I can't keep remembering to copy and paste - however I want to continue with my campaign, plus Snommelp's . . . please tell me I'm not the only one suffereing through this.

I've hit that issue plenty, as well. It seems to prey upon us multi-tab users. I finally had to just start opening every other tab that I might want first before I hit the reply button. That seems to do the trick.

Tokens should not be overwriting each other anymore- so the multiple tabs should not be an issue. However, there still may be an issue with duration but I am feeling it is something else - 5min is not likely. And I believe default is until browser closes.

I've made some adjustments to try and elp resole this issue - any testing that someone can do to check this would be great.

PK... Something new has hit my radar..
When you drop out of a game, you are reverted to Read Only for a thread. However, you cannot change the Notify setting when you drop out, either. I am still getting notifications for a campaign I dropped out of and I can't turn it off.
Can you see if you can change the "Notify" access to anyone and the Reply status to players only?
-------------------------- On the note you asked about, yes, I am still getting issues where my multitasking is conflicting with my posts.
The problem, usually, is that when I am posting about the game, I have to access another tab or page to look at the players' character sheets. So I will have my posting page open, open a new page and access my same campaign board, go to a different thread, then click on a link for a character and view the sheet. Then I go back and forth checking data to actions.
I'm not sure this happens with other boards, but then all I use is IE7, so perhaps it is just with that browser?
Just thought I would let you know I am still looking at stuff and noting it for you. (Like that picture issue I had a day ago, thanks for fixing that.)

Yes, I'll check it out. For the posting of images, 650px is ideal width. You can set it in the same dialog box that you use to insert the image

I guess I missed that part of the image uploader. ---------------------- Now, something else. You already know how your dice code turns into a bad link post submittal, I would imagine? Well it appears that when you go to erase a dice roll and replace it (had to do this because the roll was incorrect) it seems to hide the new dice roll. Also, I think I already posted but I forget, now.. You cannot post an image in a spoiler. Keep up the good works. (um.. I meant that, actually, not meant to sound sarcastic.. )

I find that I can actually go back and modify a post, so long as I don't manipulate the dice roll. I can even copy and paste it somewhere else in the post.

Wow this is a long thread. Did we ever sort about the ability to add a character to a game you're already in? Or do you still have to drop out and request to get in through your character?

I think the DM can change your character, but you as a player cannot...as of now.

If you do not have a character in the game you are in you should see an Add Character link above our name in the roster. It will allow you to select a character for that game system. Only the DM can remove your character, then you can add a new one. he DM can also remove the player from the game.

FYI - I reversed te order the messages appear on the Campaign boards - the first page always has the most recent message.
