No special characters in Campaign Title

I was trying to make the title of my campaign, "Maren's Necklace" and I had to change it to "The Necklace of Maren" to avoid the special character.

A '/' was placed next to my special character, which may me wonder if my special character was the issue or this new '/'.  I removed the '/' and received the special character message again.  The '/' had returned.  Instead of thinking, evil website keeps putting in '/' in my title, I changed my title to not have any special characters.

The bonus '/' shouldn't appear.
