Blue is played using the 3.5 Dungeons and Dragons rules. This means that you can use almost any book you own for the system. If you don't own any books, don't worry - Wizards of the Coast put the Dungeons and Dragons core ruleset in their Open Gaming Liscence, meaning people are free to put the vast majority of the rules up on the 'net. The publishable, legal information is known as the System Reference Document, or SRD.
